The National Children's Council seeks to be the voice for the most vulnerable Australians who cannot speak for themselves. For too long governments around the world have ignored children's rights to safety, well-being and the best chance to reach their full potential as adults, because children don't influence political outcomes through a vote. The National Children's Council charter is to lobby government on behalf of Australian children to ensure better education, services and laws which promote their best outcomes.
